    Compassionate attentive home-like assisted care

I placed my mom at Serenity and I'm so grateful - the owner and staff are amazing, attentive, compassionate, and truly feel like family. The small, home-like house is spotless and updated, offers fresh home-cooked/ready-to-order meals, daily activities and outings, and 24/7 higher-level care so my mom is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I highly recommend Serenity for anyone needing loving, non-institutional assisted living and real peace of mind.

Care quality and staff Care quality is consistently highlighted as a primary strength. Reviewers repeatedly describe staff as compassionate, attentive, patient, and professional. Several comments emphasize individualized and adaptive care — staff respond to changing needs and provide dignity-preserving assistance. Caregivers are noted as delivering emotional warmth (hugs, affection), tailored attention, and 24/7 support from aides. The owner is mentioned multiple times as being hands-on and “amazing,” which reinforces a sense of strong leadership and continuity of care. Families report feeling peace of mind and describe the staff as an enormous support during difficult times.

Facilities and environment The facility itself is frequently described as beautiful, well maintained, clean, and recently updated. Reviewers like the small-house setting (a central kitchen, cozy common areas, private bedrooms) and the non-institutional feel. Comments note pleasant smells of hot meals, inviting common spaces, and a patio/outdoor area. Accessibility is mentioned (handicap accessible), and overall impressions point to a warm, homey environment rather than a large institutional facility.

Dining and nutrition Meals receive positive attention across reviews. Many note home-cooked, fresh daily meals prepared in a central kitchen, with appetizing smells and ready-to-order meal options for residents. Reviewers appreciate that nutrition and welfare are taken seriously, and that staff attend to individual food needs. Activities and engagement There is a clear emphasis on programming to keep residents engaged. Reviews list a variety of activities including art and crafts, bingo, word games, puzzles, sing-alongs, music therapy, brain games, and movie watching. Music classes and group activities are mentioned as frequent offerings, and reviewers indicate residents enjoy these options and that staff are positive and encouraging during activities. Outings to family events and personal grooming (hair/makeup) are also pointed out, demonstrating attention to social and personal dignity needs.

Management and communication Multiple reviewers praise the owner and management for responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication. The owner’s involvement is seen as a benefit, with staff loyalty and stability also highlighted. Paperwork completion and good communication are directly mentioned, indicating families experienced an organized admissions/process and ongoing contact with staff.

Safety, recommendations, and value Safety is a recurring theme — reviewers feel residents are in good hands and well monitored. Several specifically say they would highly recommend Serenity for higher levels of care, and many call it the perfect place for a loved one. Reasonable pricing is cited by some reviewers, reinforcing the perception of good value given the quality of care, environment, and services.

Notable patterns and limitations Across these summaries there are no consistent or recurring negative comments. Reviewers almost uniformly express satisfaction and recommendation. The most notable pattern is repeated emphasis on the small, family-like setting coupled with high-touch, compassionate care. Because the summaries are uniformly positive, there are no clearly articulated concerns in this set of reviews to summarize.

Conclusion In short, these reviews paint Serenity Living Home Care as a small, clean, and well-maintained group home that provides compassionate, individualized care with a strong emphasis on family‑style living, meaningful activities, good meals, and attentive leadership. Families report peace of mind and gratitude, and many explicitly recommend the home for others seeking assisted living or higher levels of care.

    About Serenity Living Home Care

Serenity Living Home Care sits in a quiet part of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and you'll notice that the place only allows up to six residents, so it feels small and homey, like a big family, and sometimes that's just what seniors want when they need support. The building has one floor, is easy to walk around, and comes with safety features, handrails, and sprinklers, so folks don't have to worry much about getting around or about emergencies. The staff stay on-site all day and night-compassionate, professional, attentive people who help with everything from bathing, dressing, and medicine reminders to more personal care like grooming or transfers and even a little light makeup or hairstyling, if that's what makes someone feel like themselves.

Residents get all their meals cooked in the home, with staff making sure dishes follow doctor or dietitian advice, and there's always variety, so nobody gets bored or feels left out. Laundry, cleaning, and housekeeping happen on a set schedule, so rooms stay tidy, and families usually say it smells nice and fresh every time they visit. There's a good mix of activities every week: art, crafts, music, games like Bingo and Scrabble, puzzles, chair exercises, horticulture for folks who like plants, even movie time to make sure minds and bodies stay active.

Serenity Living Home Care accepts Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and credit card payments, which is helpful for families with different budgets, and offers the choice of all-inclusive rent or split fees for more flexibility. They keep a close eye on safety and well-being, doing regular checkups and updating care plans as folks' needs change, and nurses can help with wound care or medication management, plus they bring in podiatry and hospice support when it's needed. Staff are trained in memory care and work with families and doctors to meet special needs, making sure people with Alzheimer's or other memory issues get respectful, gentle help.

The home runs every day from 8 AM to 6 PM and provides English and Spanish services. There's no pets allowed, but there's Wi-Fi and cable TV, game and fitness rooms, guest parking, salon and barbershop services, and personal laundry machines if someone wants to wash clothes themselves. Residents can pick from semi-private or one-bedroom units, and there are kitchens and kitchenettes for those who like to keep some snacks handy. The facility reviews all its certifications and licensing, answers questions about move-in steps, finances, or waiting lists, and always offers in-person or virtual tours for families considering the place, wanting to see how everything works, or to meet staff and maybe even talk to current residents. The home focuses on making sure seniors can keep as much independence as possible, but with the comfort and assurance of help nearby, and the people who work there say their main concern's that everyone feels comfortable, safe, and valued.
