    Immaculate caring staff poor communication

    The small six-bed, all-female home is immaculate, home-like, and the owner and staff are loving, friendly, and clearly care for residents. Unfortunately I experienced poor communication - unresponsive staff, no callbacks or apologies and the facility was hard to find - so I can't recommend it.
