Warm community, issues with meds
I moved my mom here and I loved the clean, beautiful grounds, friendly residents, caring staff, lots of activities and generally excellent dining and 24-hour support. That said, I experienced missed meds/insulin issues, poor communication during hospitalizations (and after her death), recurring billing inconsistencies/overcharges, occasional staffing/food quality drops and rooms that felt small - so not ideal for memory care. Overall it's a warm, well-run community with wonderful caregivers, but go in with questions about medication protocols, billing and the level of ongoing engagement.
