    Small family-style home outstanding care

I placed my mom in this small, family-style home and couldn't be happier. The owners (the husband is a nurse) and staff are loving, attentive and available 24/7, provide individualized, coordinated medical and hospice care, and keep the place spotless with tasty, nutritious meals. It's not institutional, residents are happy and comfortable, priced modestly - I highly recommend it.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive. Multiple reviewers emphasize exceptional, personalized care delivered in a small, family-home environment rather than an institutional setting. Cleanliness and lack of odors are repeatedly noted, and residents are described as well cared for and happy. The facility is presented as an affordable, modest option that focuses on individualized attention and practical care instead of luxury amenities.

Care quality and clinical support are prominent strengths. Reviewers call out professional, loving, and attentive caregiving; one review specifically notes that the owner's husband is a nurse and is available at all times, and others mention coordinated medical visits and hospice involvement when needed. Several comments highlight that families felt their loved ones received better care here than in larger chain facilities, with one reviewer describing the care as exceptional and another saying the mother was well looked after. The pattern is consistent: small size enables personalized monitoring and relationship-based caregiving.

Staff and management receive uniformly high praise. Descriptors used across reviews include compassionate, supportive, responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. Reviewers repeatedly mention clear, helpful communication between staff and families, with staff taking time to meet, answer questions, and keep families informed. Stability of staff and a consistent caregiving approach are implied by comments about high standards and a stable environment. The overall tone indicates trust and comfort with the leadership and day-to-day staff.

Facilities and atmosphere are characterized as comfortable, safe, and home-like. Multiple reviewers contrast this facility's intimate, family-home setting with larger, institutional or chain facilities, noting a warm, welcoming impression upon first visit. The environment is described as clean and inviting, which supports the perception of quality daily living conditions. Because the setting is small and 'no-frills,' reviewers emphasize the homelike feel rather than luxury amenities.

Dining and daily care are also strengths. Reviews consistently report nutritious, tasty meals and that residents are well fed. Food quality is framed as an important part of the overall positive experience and contributes to residents' satisfaction.

Patterns and trade-offs: the dominant theme is personalized, compassionate care in a modest, affordable setting. The few concerns reflected in the reviews are not about safety or care quality but about scope: reviewers explicitly describe the facility as 'modest' and 'no frills' and note it is a smaller home. For prospective residents or families seeking extensive amenities, resort-style services, or a wide range of activities typically offered by larger institutional providers, this facility may not match those expectations. However, for those prioritizing individualized attention, strong communication with staff, consistent clinical oversight, and a warm family atmosphere, the reviews indicate this is an excellent fit.

In summary, the reviews present Premium Personal Care Home as a clean, well-managed, and compassionate small residential care option that delivers high-quality, individualized care and reliable medical coordination at an affordable price. The trade-off for that personalized approach is a more modest, no-frills environment and the naturally limited scale of services that come with a small home setting. Reviewers consistently recommend the facility, citing excellent staff, good food, strong communication, and a safe, comfortable atmosphere for residents.

    About Premium Personal Care Home

Premium Personal Care Home sits at 2731 Elkhart Cir SW in Marietta, GA 30064, looking much like a comfortable family house rather than a big facility, with a quiet, home-like setting and cozy group living for seniors, and people usually say the staff pay close attention to both the tidiness and the residents themselves, always giving prompt help when needed and treating folks kindly every step of the way, which means people feel safe and well-cared-for. The community lets people come in to tour the rooms, see staff and residents, and get a real sense of how everything works, from activities and meals to simple daily routines, even providing a map to help families find their way, and always encouraging questions about payment options or available floor plans since every person's situation is a bit different. Residents with memory issues, including Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia, get care in a special memory care section built for their needs, with extra safety such as a secured property, exit handles, special bracelets that prevent wandering, and regular activities to help with memory and engagement, so people won't end up lost or put themselves in harm's way. Staff watch over everyone both day and night, with nurses and certified caregivers always awake and around, and there's about one staff member for every three residents, so nobody ever feels forgotten or left out, and folks get medicine given to them safely, plus reminders if anyone forgets. People needing help to move around or with things like bathing, grooming, dressing, or using the bathroom get it here, even for non-ambulatory residents or those needing lifts or double-staff assistance, so nobody needs to worry about struggling alone. The meal program includes nutritious, balanced meals and snacks made for each person's needs, which always helps when someone has diabetes, allergies, or other dietary requirements, and staff offer reminders and even monitor blood sugar, although they don't give insulin injections. Many people also rely on Premium Personal Care Home when they need care with incontinence or bathroom reminders and can ask for support with behavioral challenges, so even those with major behavior issues, including elopement risks, get attention in an environment where everyone looks out for safety. The whole building has full wheelchair and shower access, making daily living simpler, and there are common rooms both inside and outside for visiting, relaxing, or joining group activities, devotional services, creative play, and occasional outings, which breaks up the routine. If home care or respite care is needed, families often ask about short stays, and for some conditions, the facility can provide hospice services and even safe transportation and parking, helping families breathe easier knowing their loved ones are looked after in all areas of life. The community always invites people to come see it for themselves, meet the staff or residents, and see how the schedule and surroundings might fit their needs, which is handy for families learning about resources and options before they decide, and everyone who lives here receives service that fits their preferences and challenges, all in a quieter, more personal environment than you usually find elsewhere.
