    Caring attentive staff, minor issues

I placed a loved one here and have been very pleased with the caring, attentive staff, warm family-like atmosphere, clean facility, engaging activities/outings, and very good meals. The Executive Director and team are responsive and often go above and beyond. I did notice occasional staffing shortages, some inconsistencies with food/room upkeep, and budget/management limitations. Overall I'd recommend it-do your due diligence and check state records and complaints rather than relying only on online reviews.
