I'm very pleased with Five Star. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring-Justin went above and beyond-meals are delicious, apartments are cozy and modern, and the activity program keeps residents engaged. Communication with families is excellent and I have peace of mind knowing my mom is happy and well cared for, though there's always room for small improvements.
