    Excellent rehab, inconsistent nursing care

I stayed here for rehab and liked the clean, well-lit, home-like building, nice common areas, good meals and excellent physical therapy that got me home quickly. But chronic understaffing and poor nursing oversight caused long waits, missed meds and showers, no bathroom assistance, hygiene problems, multiple falls and safety concerns - management often downplayed issues. Many aides and therapists were kind, hardworking and responsive, but care was inconsistent, with rude or unhelpful supervisors at times. Overall: great rehab, activities and atmosphere, but be cautious about nursing care and staffing.
