    About Fuller House of Stoneham

Fuller House of Stoneham sits in a cozy, well-kept Victorian home that's been around since 1850, built by William Griffin Fuller, and the place looks like something you'd see in old photos, with Greek Revival and Italianate designs but inside things have been updated over the years for comfort and care, and it's been a home for local seniors since 1930. A local civic group owns and runs it as a private, nonprofit retirement home, keeping a strong focus on community and personal respect, offering care for folks aged 55 and up. The staff is trained, always nearby, and around all day and night, ready to help with medication, memory care, and things like bathing, dressing, and eating, with the place also taking part in programs like PACE and making sure individual pharmaceutical needs are met plus offering access to a podiatrist and a dietitian when needed, all while making sure meals are home-cooked, served three times a day, and letting every resident have free cable TV right in their room, control over their own heat or air conditioning, and the choice to decorate their private bedroom the way they like. The house has 12 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with sitting areas both inside and outside, lots of room for hobbies, group meals, and social events, and spaces meant for relaxation or visits, even having waiting rooms on every floor. Fuller House doesn't allow pets, keeps a safe, quiet setting, provides incontinence and diabetic care, supports veterans with benefits services, and has tours any day of the week, whether people call ahead or show up; so, people who want a little more independence but still need help can find both companionship and support here, where folks are encouraged to stay active, build friendships, and know they'll get steady, respectful care through short or long stays.
