Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center offers skilled nursing care and a wide range of rehabilitation services. The facility has a wellness center, computer center, dining room, small library, garden, fitness room, beauty salon, gaming room, and outdoor space where you'll find residents enjoying fresh air whenever the weather's decent enough. Residents can join community-sponsored activities, which mix things up during the week, and there's a focus on social services and therapeutic recreation for all abilities. The Tapestry Program provides specialized care for those living with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Respite care is available, and families can make use of flexible care plans, letting residents pick and choose the personal services they need without paying for ones they don't. There's 24-hour supervision and care, with a call system in place any hour of the day or night, and the nursing support covers between 12 to 16 hours every day alongside round-the-clock medical care availability. Staff help with daily needs, including bathing, dressing, transfers, meals, and medication management, and they'll also take on housekeeping if residents need it. Healthcare services include wound care, comprehensive nursing support, and mental wellness programs.
Beaumont works with UMass Chan Medical School as a clinical partner and has ties to UMass Memorial Medical Center and their system of care, which means access to a broad range of hospital campuses, urgent care centers, labs, outpatient care, and specialized treatments like diabetes, heart and vascular care, pediatrics, radiology, and imaging. Everything's delivered by a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of well-trained professionals. The building itself is designed so folks can move about safely while still feeling independent, and all the features-rehab equipment, amenities, and common areas-try to support recovery and health as best they can. The facility is operated by Salmon Centers for Early Education and Oriol Health Care, and those running things place a strong focus on a blend of rehabilitation, restorative nursing care, and everyday social well-being.
