I placed my mom here and have been very pleased - the staff (Brandy and Olivia especially) are compassionate, professional, and treat residents like family, providing personalized care, daily updates, and real emotional support that made the move stress-free. The rooms are spotless and homey with nice views and amenities, activities keep my dad engaged, and we feel he's safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this community, with only minor room for improvement.
