There's a $2,500 community fee, and respite stays for 30 days are available at a set rate of $7,350, with no buy-in or long-term lease required, and they're set up for aging-in-place if residents don't need advanced medical devices. Residents get three chef-cooked meals each day with snacks in between, and those meals are made to be healthy, with dietary accommodations and even globally inspired menus, and there's always an alternative if someone can't or won't eat the main dish. Housekeeping and laundry happen weekly, and you'll find other handy things like a beauty salon, parking, Wi-Fi, and help with transportation to doctor's visits. Activities happen every day-exercise, brain games, outings, pet therapy, aromatherapy, book clubs, music therapy, movies, socials, art and cooking classes, and worship services-so boredom doesn't set in, and there's always someone organizing things, making sure folks get reminders for meals and events. The community is set up to reduce confusion and prevent wandering, and the environment stays friendly, safe, and organized, with private spaces for family celebrations and big common areas like the activities room, bakery, interactive kitchen, art studio, and even a grand entry with a lounge and courtyard view.
