Good therapy but severe neglect
I placed a family member here for short-term rehab and possible long-term care. The therapy team (PT/OT/speech) and some nurses and activity staff were outstanding and helped make real progress. Unfortunately the facility is often dirty and smelly, with roaches, urine/feces on floors and beds, no showers for weeks, residents left in soiled diapers, matted hair, missed/late medications, and calls for help ignored. Staffing and communication were inconsistent - phones unanswered, management unresponsive, medication shortages, and some CNAs rude or inattentive. Food was awful and cold. Because of repeated neglect and safety concerns, I would not recommend this place despite its good therapy staff.
