I'm very pleased with the care my mom received - staff were consistently kind, caring and responsive (Jennifer in social work was especially helpful) and kept us well informed. The facility is clean and attractive, therapy was effective, and meals/activities (movies, twice-daily activities, free nail services) kept her engaged; the team went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. I would definitely recommend this very good place.

About Quality Life Services Sarver
Quality Life Services - Sarver sits at 126 Iron Bridge Road in Sarver, Pennsylvania, and serves as a large senior living community where folks can find a mix of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, and the place is designed to help people with all sorts of needs, so residents can get support for daily tasks, help with medication, and even specialized care for things like Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, and you'll find a secured memory care area there with programs meant to keep people engaged while staying safe. The community offers everything from independent living with resort-style amenities and social activities, to round-the-clock skilled nursing for those who need constant medical attention, and there are even options for respite care if families or caregivers need a little break, plus IV Therapy services for those needing hydration, vitamins, and other therapies delivered in a comfortable setting.
People living at Quality Life Services - Sarver can move between different levels of care as needs change, and the staff stay on hand all day and night to provide help, with common and outdoor areas to relax or meet neighbors, and you'll see things like a newly renovated therapy gym for folks doing rehab, a beauty salon that even offers manicures, and a big focus on social events, craft classes, parties, and community-wide gatherings including things like Kids Day. They give people a choice about meals, transportation-sometimes complimentary or for a fee-and the building's got wheelchair-accessible showers and parking, plus both indoor and outdoor spaces, including a designated smoking area for residents and guests.
The staff at Quality Life Services - Sarver support people with all kinds of daily tasks, run programs like "Don't Stop Dreamin'" to help fulfill residents' goals, and provide aids for people with disabilities too, and since they're linked with Butler County Health Care Career Consortium and Tri-County Workforce Investment Board, you might see meetings or workforce events happening there as well. People living here can get help with everything from basic personal care to advanced nursing needs, including wound care and rehabilitation, and every resident gets a plan that fits their situation. Amenities and services at this community really aim to boost independence while providing safety, comfort, and options for staying active or just relaxing, and there are devotional services, onsite beauty and health supports, and engaging social programs to suit different interests.
