    Beautiful facility, but management inconsistent

I've been impressed by the beautiful, impeccably clean facility, warm and attentive staff, strong memory-care security, varied activities and mostly helpful, homey atmosphere. That said, I'm concerned about inconsistent administration - rude or unprofessional managers at times, medication errors/slow emergency responses, reports of theft and uneven food quality. Overall I'd consider it for a loved one for the caring staff and environment, but I'd closely vet management and medication safety first.
