Longtime resident frustrated with management
I've lived here 14 years. The building is clean, modern, secure and quiet, with friendly, bug-free neighbors. Unfortunately management has declined - staff are unhelpful, residents are neglected, my request for help was ignored and a tenant dispute was mishandled. Repairs drag on (intercom still broken), an ongoing remodel has made it less pleasant, and management seems cash-strapped and indifferent. I'm ready to move out.
