    Compassionate staff, clean, improved wellbeing

I was very pleased with my loved one's respite stay - the staff were compassionate and went out of their way, the place felt warm and home-like, and the facility was exceptionally clean and odor-free. He settled in quickly, his health and mood improved, and I would gladly use and recommend them again.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews present Spring Pine LLC as a small, home-like residential setting characterized by strong interpersonal care and a well-kept physical environment. Families and guests commonly describe the staff as compassionate, helpful, and willing to make individualized accommodations. The setting is frequently described as intimate rather than institutional, and multiple accounts emphasize a warm, welcoming atmosphere that contributes to resident comfort and mood.

Care and staff: Care quality is consistently framed in relational terms — attentive caregivers who go out of their way to meet resident needs and provide reassurance. Respite stays are specifically mentioned as satisfactory, and reviewers reported that residents acclimated well and experienced improvements in mood and well-being. The staff’s responsiveness and willingness to personalize care are recurring themes; this creates a supportive environment for short-term stays and for residents who prefer a non-clinical living arrangement.

Dining and daily life: Comments about meals were positive, with at least one reviewer noting an absence of food complaints. Daily routines appear to be comfortable and unhurried, consistent with the home-like emphasis. Organized outings and social opportunities are available, and the resident community is described as friendly and socially engaged, which supports ongoing activity and interaction.

Activities and programming: The community offers outings and social engagement opportunities and benefits from a congenial resident population. Because the facility is small and intimate, programming tends to reflect that scale — activities may be more individualized and community-driven rather than extensive formal offerings you might find at larger campuses.

Facilities and cleanliness: Physical upkeep is a clear strength. Reviewers frequently note a very clean, odor-free interior and a secure backyard with well-maintained turf and landscaping, including rose bushes. The grounds and common areas support outdoor activity and contribute to the home-like ambience.

Management and notable patterns: Management and front-line staff are portrayed as accommodating and accessible, particularly around respite services and individualized care needs. A consistent pattern is reliance on staff initiative to tailor services, which is a strength in terms of personalization but can also indicate variability tied to individual caregivers. Review content suggests the community is best suited to residents who need supportive daily care in a warm, small-scale setting rather than those requiring high-acuity medical or skilled-nursing services.

Considerations for prospective families: Spring Pine LLC appears well suited to people seeking a clean, intimate, and socially engaging environment with hands-on, compassionate staff and available respite care. Families seeking large-scale programming, extensive clinical nursing support, or a wide range of on-site medical services should verify clinical capabilities and bed availability before deciding, since the small, home-like model implies more limited medical infrastructure and capacity compared with larger skilled-nursing campuses.

    About Spring Pine LLC

Spring Pine LLC offers assisted living services with a focus on independent living for active seniors, and there's also a specialized memory care unit for folks with Alzheimer's and dementia, so you'll find a range of care types like assisted living, memory care, residential care home, skilled nursing, and short-term respite stays, and the community holds a State of Florida license, AL #12580, as a standard assisted living facility, which is important if you're checking regulations and payment help like Medicaid, and in terms of size, there are 6 licensed beds, so it's a smaller, homey place. The staff stays awake and on duty 24 hours a day, with a doctor on call, and they can help with everything from bathing, dressing, and managing medicines, to special healthcare needs like diabetes management, insulin shots, incontinence, and non-ambulatory care, and they can provide mechanical lifts and standby assistance if needed. Meals are served onsite, usually 1 to 2 prepared meals a day, and you'll see options for kosher and vegetarian meals if that matters, with a focus on good, quality ingredients, and they try to make it all feel loving and caring, which is their own way of describing the atmosphere-a clean, warm, welcoming environment.

Housekeeping, laundry, and healthcare services all come with the regular routines at Spring Pine LLC, plus there are scheduled social, educational, and entertainment activities both onsite and off, indoor and outdoor common areas, devotional services, a beautician onsite, and even options for private or semi-private rooms-some with nice views-and they don't mind if you bring a small dog or cat to live with you, which makes the place feel more like home. For transportation, complimentary rides, scheduled trips, and nearby bus lines help people get out and about, with resident parking available, and transportation at cost if that's preferred. Emergency power plans are in place as well, and they support "aging in place," so folks can usually stay as care needs change, and they have hospice and respite services for short-term or end-of-life needs, with wheelchair accessible showers throughout, and outdoor smoking areas, which not every place has. There's visiting healthcare professionals like nurses, podiatrists, physical and occupational therapists, and a speech therapist can visit too.

Room prices average around $3,500 for a one-bedroom and $2,200 for semi-private rooms, and the pricing structure depends on the level of care, making it flexible for changing situations, and they accept Medicaid. The place has unique names for some programs and spaces, which helps you feel a bit more connected, though there are some legal actions in the facility's past tied to former ownership or operations, and that's something to be aware of if you're comparing options. There's a map feature to help you see where it's located, which can be helpful for families. In summary, Spring Pine LLC gives a personal, small-community setting offering a set of care types and personal assistance features, plus activities, meals, friendly faces, and support for health needs, so folks can live as independently as possible.
