    Friendly staff, spacious apartments, amenities

I enjoyed my tour - staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, maintenance was attentive, and the environment looked great. The apartments are large with ample storage, spacious bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer and a balcony; on-site haircuts and wine-tasting/glass-painting events were lovely, and 24-hour security kept things quiet - a very good option.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The community offers large, well-appointed apartments and a generally calm environment with on-site conveniences such as in-unit laundry, private balconies, ample storage, and units that can accommodate a king-size bed. Daily atmosphere and security were described positively by several visitors: staff interactions during tours were welcoming and courteous, maintenance responsiveness was highlighted, and 24-hour security contributes to a quiet, secure setting. The property also hosts occasional social events and personal services (for example, hair appointments and themed social activities), which some residents and guests enjoyed.

Care and staff: Direct clinical-care comments are limited in the available reviews, but staff behavior and responsiveness were frequently described positively. Families mentioned helpful, courteous frontline staff and maintenance teams. At the same time, there are serious concerns around management conduct and communication: several reviews cite misinformation, perceived deception, and disrespect from property management staff. These allegations point to a pattern of inconsistent or defensively framed communications rather than uniformly professional property-level interactions.

Facilities and activities: Physical amenities within units are a clear strength—spacious bathrooms, ample storage, and in-unit laundry were repeatedly noted. The community organizes social events and on-site services that some residents appreciate. However, activity programming appears susceptible to interruptions (for example, reductions during public-health restrictions), and reviewers indicated that for everyday shopping and certain amenities residents must drive out because there is limited nearby retail and grocery access.

Operations and management: Operationally, reviewers describe a lengthy and sometimes opaque admissions and placement process, including long waiting lists and instances where the process felt disordered or unclear. There are also recurring sanitation and pest-control concerns in some units; these raise questions about the adequacy and timeliness of environmental-control and housekeeping practices. Taken together with the communication issues described above, these patterns suggest areas for management attention: improving transparency around admissions and vacancies, strengthening pest-control and cleaning protocols, and addressing perceptions of disrespectful or inconsistent communication.

Notable patterns for prospective residents/families: The property has clear asset strengths—spacious, well-equipped units; helpful frontline staff; and a quiet, secure environment with occasional on-site programming. Prospective residents should balance those positives against operational concerns: persistent pest-control and cleanliness issues in some units, management and communication problems, an unclear waitlist/admissions experience, and limited nearby shopping. Visiting in person, asking for written admissions timelines and pest-control/housekeeping policies, and speaking directly with current residents about recent management responsiveness would help clarify whether the community is a good fit.
