      About Heritage Palms

Heritage Palms sits on over 800 acres in a tropical Florida landscape, where 45 freshwater lakes and ponds, and more than 179 acres of nature preserves give the whole place a peaceful feel, and you'll see fairways and lush green spaces all around. The gated community has 1662 owners who are all members, and there are 40 neighborhood associations-including Luxury Twin Villas, 2-story Verandas, 4-story Terrace Condominiums, Single-Family Homes, and Single-Family Estate Homes-and everyone who lives here gets golf and club privileges bundled right in with their home. Folks like the two championship 18-hole golf courses-named the Royal and Sabal-both designed by Azinger & Lewis, and there's a pro shop to pick up clothes, equipment, or a gift. Residents and guests can rent golf carts and clubs, and there are golf lessons, workshops, and competitions for all levels. The Grill Room, which feels upscale but stays relaxed, gives people choices for lunch, buffet, and dinner, with things like sausages, bacon, waffles, and toast, and has a covered patio for al fresco meals. There's a Sunday brunch when in season, and every week the club hosts nightly specials, like ribs on Monday and Prime Rib on Tuesday. The country club sets up a bunch of social amenities, and the full-time event scheduler arranges gatherings, special parties, and things like weddings, birthdays, Valentine's Day parties, or business events. Heritage Palms keeps things ADA compliant for folks with disabilities and runs from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, with a staffed gatehouse helping manage visitors. The tennis center lets residents get instruction if they like tennis, and there are plenty of other outdoor activities and sports. The amenities, pools, and services are all planned out so people can be active, meet others, and feel like they belong. The club facilities are available for everyone to use, and there's a focus on both social and health needs, giving people choices depending on what care or support they need. The whole place was established in 1998, and their website at hpgcc.com lists details if you want to know more.
