      About Bellaggio

Bellaggio sits on 560 acres with over 1,100 modern homes in a 24-hour guard-gated community known for safe, pleasant living and beautiful surroundings, and while the homes are single-family, the place serves a range of needs from independent living to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation for folks recovering from injuries or surgery, with therapists working on many issues like arthritis, joint problems, and injuries, plus services like medication help, dressing, bathing, meal prep, and managing different dietary needs for diabetes or allergies, so nobody feels left out at mealtime. Folks with increased confusion or those who wander can get the memory care they need, and there's help for moving in, cleaning, laundry, and handling medications, with daily activity calendars making sure there's always something to do, whether it's outdoor walking paths, movie nights, free exercise classes in the state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, or just playing tennis or bocce on the well-kept courts, or sometimes you just want to sit in the arts room and talk. You'll find more than forty resident-led groups and clubs, plus plenty of scheduled shows and cultural events for all interests, and the grand clubhouse, recently remodeled, stands large with a ballroom for dances or dinners, a bistro, a sauna, and even massage services if you need to relax after staying active, and there's high-speed internet if you want to stay in touch with family, cable TV in each room, air conditioning, and safety features like call buttons for emergencies. The staff and residents run things with the help of the HOA managed by Castle Management, LLC, keeping a good reserve and making sure the grounds, the lakes, and natural preserves look nice, which also earned Bellaggio an Audubon International Neighborhood for Nature Award. Residents eat in several dining spots like Bellaggio Cafe or Bistro Bellaggio, with chef-prepared meals, daily lunch specials, and sit-down dining, and the kitchen can handle requests for special diets, so if someone has diabetes or allergies, there's always something safe to eat. The community only holds up to six people in its assisted housing section, making that part of the place more tightly knit, while elsewhere, folks enjoy plenty of space to walk, play pickleball, or join water aerobics. The association also helps with community rules, safety guidelines, more forms and financial help, and even holds meetings to keep everyone in the loop, and with on-site X-rays, custom knee surgeries, high-end therapy options, and rehabilitation after surgeries or injuries, it seems like folks can get almost any care they need right there, but it still feels friendly and homey, even with so many conveniences and medical services around.
