      About Vineyards

Vineyards is a place where people can enjoy golf and many outdoor activities all year, with two private 18-hole golf courses called the North Course and the South Course, and the South Course got a big update in 2023 so even serious golfers and professionals like to play there, but both courses let golfers of all skill levels find a good game because they use flexible layouts and offer championship tees as well as easier options, so if someone likes golf they can use the putting green, pitching area, chipping area, driving range, and rent clubs or golf carts for a fee, and the fairways are wide and the greens are kept in great shape, and many people say the courses look beautiful especially in the morning and at sunset, with coastal views along the Gulf of Mexico and protected natural spaces close by, including Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, Clam Pass, Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Beach, Tigertail Beach, Marco Island, and Everglades City, which give plenty of chances for nature walks, outdoor activities, beach trips, and even webcams to look at the views if someone can't get outside.

The club focuses a lot on golf but also runs special themed programs like Work in Golf and PGA HOPE, puts on championship events such as PGA Championships and the Ryder Cup, provides amateur golf programs for growth, and uses PGA Professionals for instruction and coaching, with a teaching pro on hand for lessons, which helps people of all backgrounds keep active and learn new skills, and there are always member events, news stories, and community things going on that bring people together around golf.

Besides golf, Vineyards has a big clubhouse with a restaurant and many dining options, so people can pick from the Main Dining Rooms, Mr. P's Pub, Oakmont Upscale Dining for special meals, Acqua Pool Bar & Grill for something casual, and Giovanni Ristorante & Bar Italiano if they want Italian food; there are renovated ballrooms and banquet rooms in the clubhouse, making it a place people pick for weddings or big events, with a lobby that blends indoor and outdoor spaces for things like ceremonies; and there's also a country club side to life here with group activities and social events to help people stay connected.

The whole club area has a 15,000-square-foot Wellness Center and Spa with many ways for people to enjoy life, like a health club, state-of-the-art fitness area, outdoor gym, resort-style spa, dry saunas, saltwater whirlpools, and a big half-Olympic saltwater lap pool, along with fitness classes, aquatic exercise, salon services, and healthy menu choices, so residents can stay relaxed and active as they see fit. For people who like sports and racquet games, there are twelve Har-Tru tennis courts, with six courts lighted for night use, and six gel-cushioned pickleball courts open until the club closes; and the Racquet Center is busy most days, which gives everyone a way to keep up with friends or try new sports.

The Wellness Center provides rehab and therapy at the Naples Rehabilitative Center, and people also like having a club pool that's open until dusk or closing, all sort of group events to join, and accessible tee times that move at a steady pace, about four hours for each 18-hole game, and with both full golf membership options for residents and non-residents, a lot of people can join in even if they just want to drop by for the day or live nearby, with the grounds, dining rooms, and main club areas maintained in nice condition. Vineyards isn't about medical care or special senior services but is a place for recreation, relaxation, sports, and community in a setting with natural beauty close to the Gulf.
