About Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club

Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club is a gated 55-plus community that's been around since 1968, and folks here can enjoy both a championship 18-hole, Par 72 golf course and an executive par-3 course, so if you like golf, there's more than one way to spend the day, and this championship course is U.S.G.A. approved with 6516 yards, a slope of 123, a rating of 70.4, and greens that are just a bit higher than the fairways, with lots of sand traps and water hazards, and no one's allowed to walk the courses or use metal spikes, but there are golf carts to rent, plus a newly upgraded driving range, putting green, chipping area, pitching area, and sand trap for practicing, though no club rentals, and they've also got a computerized tee-time system and the Chelsea reservation program, so everybody can get a fair shot at playing. You'll find free golf club membership for residents, a pro shop, and both men's and women's golf associations with hundreds of members, and the club hosts activities and practice opportunities, including on the par-3 Executive Course, with a Par 3 on the 17th hole.

Security is a focus with 24-hour staff and a roving patrol, so people living here can feel safe. You'll see well-kept grounds, swimming pools to stay cool, and a big recreation building with different activities for the mind, the body, or your creativity, since there are always clubs and groups doing things together, and the place has a good amount of leisure and recreation. Tennis stays popular, too, with 14 courts, including eight carpet soft courts, four hard courts, and two with pickleball lines, two lighted for nighttime, plus a ball machine for practicing; the Tennis Club puts on tournaments and social events, which helps make the place feel active. There's a full-service restaurant right on site where you can sit and look over the golf course while eating your meal, and the whole community is pet-friendly if you want to bring a companion animal. Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club only opens the golf course to the public from April 15th to October 31st, and during those months, people come for the simple, easy-to-navigate layout, the practice areas, and the chance to meet others who enjoy the same sports.
