The community is managed out of an office at 401 Walnut Street, where the General Manager, Mark Maldonado, LCAM, and staff including a communication official named Trish Moore, help residents and visitors. You'll find people of many backgrounds living here, including African American, Asian, Hispanic, and White residents, and neighbors can visit the local cafes, Poinciana Lakes Plaza, or HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital close by.
