    Good therapy, poor hygiene, administration

I liked the nursing, CNAs and physical therapists - they were attentive and focused on recovery, and my mom improved and even plans to return for future procedures. However, the facility has serious issues: very limited activities/social stimulation, unpleasant roommate situations, and unhappy/uncaring staff at times. Cleanliness and food were unacceptable (moldy bread, hair in meals, stench on the first floor), laundry damaged/missing items, shared bathrooms for four residents, and billing/Medicare rehab were mishandled (rehab cut off early). Small place with a nice layout and outdoor seating, but overall I cannot recommend it given the hygiene, staffing and administrative problems.
