Caring staff, responsive home-like environment
I placed my mom here and was very pleased - the nurses, CNAs and therapists were genuinely caring and communication was prompt and family-focused. The unit and apartment felt home-like, housekeeping was excellent, administration was responsive, and her condition improved enough to go home; final days were comfortable and dignified.
