Exceptional staff, smooth care coordination
I had a very positive experience. The staff were exceptional - professional, friendly, and genuinely caring; nurses Jenn and Holly and Gary's guidance stood out. In-house care and coordination with top Vanderbilt/VA doctors were excellent, check-in and transfers were smooth, meds and monitoring were efficient, and the renovated facility felt clean and modern. I would recommend this facility.
