    Smooth move, caring attentive staff

I toured the place and moved my mom in - the unhurried tour answered all our questions and the transition was smooth. The staff (especially Francine) are caring, polite and attentive, the owner is involved, and the home-like building is very clean and safe with a nice dining room, recreation room (piano, Christian music), delicious meals and fun activities. Medication management, laundry and housekeeping are reliable, rent is competitive, and I highly recommend it for excellent, affordable care.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive, with repeated emphasis on high-quality, compassionate care and excellent value. Reviewers consistently highlight the staff as a major strength — described as polite, caring, attentive, and dedicated — and single out an employee named Francine for exemplary helpfulness. Multiple comments note that the staff created a smooth transition for new residents and that tours are unhurried and responsive to questions, which suggests good communication and attention to individual needs during move-in and assessment.

Care quality is a dominant theme. Reviews specifically praise medication management, reliable housekeeping and laundry services, and general “top-notch” care. The environment is repeatedly characterized as safe, loving, and home-like, and several reviewers explicitly recommend the community. These points together indicate that both the practical, clinical aspects of assisted living and the day-to-day personal care are being handled to families’ satisfaction.

Facilities and amenities receive favorable mentions tempered by a note about the building’s age. The community is described as very clean and well maintained, with a pleasant dining area and delicious meals — both important factors for residents’ daily quality of life. Recreational spaces such as a recreation room and musical amenities (a piano) support social programming; reviewers also mention fun activities and Christian music, indicating that there are engaging, faith-friendly offerings. The primary facility-related concern raised is that the building is older and not flashy or upscale; however, this appears to be a cosmetic observation rather than a complaint about cleanliness, safety, or care standards.

Management and value are also highlighted. The owner’s visible involvement reassures reviewers about leadership and oversight. Several summaries point out the competitive rent and affordability relative to other options, describing the community as excellent value for money. Taken together with the positive notes on staff, services, and food, this suggests the facility provides a strong balance of quality and cost-effectiveness for families seeking assisted living.

In summary, the reviews paint a picture of a well-run, compassionate assisted living community that prioritizes resident care, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere over flashy aesthetics. Strengths include attentive and caring staff (with particular praise for Francine), reliable clinical and support services (medication management, laundry, housekeeping), good meals and dining space, meaningful activities including musical and Christian programming, and engaged ownership. The main drawback is the older physical plant and lack of modern or upscale finishes — a trade-off many reviewers appear willing to accept given the high praise for care quality and affordability.
