    Certified caregivers, clean home, family-oriented

I feel genuinely well taken care of and treated like family here-staff celebrate birthdays and include us in holiday events. The house and yard are well maintained and clean; rooms are large and handicap-equipped with private and semi-private options. Caregivers are certified, the owner is an RN with a monthly house doctor on call, and on-site laundry/housekeeping keep things easy. I'm well fed with home-cooked meals (three meals and snacks) and enjoy regular activities and outings.

    Summary of reviews

Reanna's Too Assisted Living presents a mix of clear operational strengths and some notable concerns. Positively, the facility is described as having well-maintained exterior grounds and accessible, roomy accommodations with both private and semi-private options. Operational supports such as on-site laundry and housekeeping, certified caregivers, an RN owner, and a monthly house physician suggest structured clinical oversight. Meals are characterized as home-cooked with three daily meals and snacks, and programming includes organized activities, outings, and celebratory events for birthdays and holidays.

Care and staff: The presence of certified caregivers and an RN-owner indicates a level of clinical structure and oversight that can support residents with varying needs. Several accounts highlight attentive supervision and family-style interactions, with staff including in social and holiday activities. However, there is variability in accounts of care quality and responsiveness; some commentary raises concerns about inconsistent attention to resident needs. Prospective families should assess staffing patterns and speak directly with management about staff-to-resident ratios, shift coverage, and clinical protocols for care tasks and medication oversight.

Dining and activities: Dining appears to be a consistent strength, with home-cooked meals served three times daily plus snacks. Social programming is an active part of facility life, with regular activities, outings, and organized events that include birthday and holiday celebrations. These offerings may support social engagement and routine for residents who benefit from group activity and communal dining.

Facilities and maintenance: The property exterior and certain resident rooms are reported as well-maintained and accessible. At the same time, there are operational concerns about interior common spaces: descriptions indicate sanitation and cleanliness issues in some common areas and a dim, poorly lit ambiance with limited natural light. Reviewers also conveyed that the atmosphere is not uniformly homelike or welcoming. These facility-level issues could affect resident comfort and warrant direct observation during a visit, particularly of common rooms and high-traffic areas.

Management and notable patterns: The overall pattern is mixed — clinical oversight structures and social programming are strengths, while consistency of day-to-day upkeep and some aspects of care responsiveness appear uneven. When evaluating this provider, families should tour multiple parts of the home at different times of day, ask about cleaning schedules and quality-assurance practices, inquire about staffing levels and training, and request recent inspection or compliance records if available. Direct questions about lighting, communal-area maintenance, and how management addresses sanitation or care concerns will help clarify whether the facility’s strengths align with a prospective resident’s needs.
