    Loving attentive care in home

I feel relieved knowing my mom is getting excellent, loving personal care in a warm, home-like setting. The owners (Scott and Michelle) and staff are attentive, patient, and became like family - they stayed by her side, provided emotional and hospice support, and the caregivers are truly caring. Meals are cooked from scratch, there are activities and in-room comforts, and my mom is happier and healthier. I'm grateful and would recommend this wonderful, welcoming home.

    Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment: The reviews for Everland Living Memory Care and Assisted Living are uniformly positive, portraying the facility as a warm, home-like environment with consistently attentive and compassionate staff. Families repeatedly describe relief and gratitude after placement, calling the home a "godsend," and many report being highly satisfied and comfortable with the level of care provided.

Staff and caregiving quality: A dominant theme across the reviews is the high calibre of the caregiving team. Staff are described as welcoming, patient, loving, and deeply attentive — many reviews note caregivers who provide true one-on-one attention, including staying at a resident's side when needed. Reviewers emphasize that caregivers become like family, offering emotional as well as physical support. Several family members specifically mention that they have "no worries" about daily care, and that the staff's personal attention has led to improved well-being for residents.

Clinical and personal outcomes: Reviewers cite concrete, positive outcomes from the care provided. Examples include improved eating habits and measurable weight gain for residents who were previously not eating well, suggesting attentive feeding and nutritional monitoring. The availability and coordination of hospice care is also noted positively, indicating the facility supports residents through advanced-care needs while providing emotional support to families during difficult times.

Dining, activities, and amenities: The facility's dining is repeatedly praised for meals cooked from scratch, with appealing smells and a home-cooked quality that residents enjoy. This ties directly to the reported improvements in appetite. Activities and in-room entertainment (for example, in-room TVs) are mentioned as part of a comfortable, engaging daily routine, contributing to a sense of normalcy and home.

Facility atmosphere and environment: Multiple reviewers describe Everland as a beautiful, warm, and home-like environment. The consistent use of terms such as "beautiful care home," "warm and comfortable environment," and "family-like atmosphere" indicates the facility emphasizes a non-institutional, residential feel that both residents and families appreciate. This atmosphere appears to reinforce the personalized care approach and the emotional comfort families report.

Management and ownership: The owners (named in reviews as Scott and Michelle) are characterized as proactive and involved, which families cite as an important factor in their confidence in the facility. Positive mention of leadership suggests responsiveness and oversight that supports the caregiving team's effectiveness.

Patterns, recommendations, and limitations: Reviews consistently recommend Everland and praise its staff, food, atmosphere, and outcomes for residents. A notable pattern is the emotional relief families express after placement — many emphasize that they can "rest easy," reflecting trust in the staff and care processes. One limitation of this analysis is that the supplied review summaries contain no critical or negative comments, so potential concerns (cost, availability, staffing ratios, clinical specialization beyond memory care, or regulatory/inspection history) are not represented here. Based solely on the provided reviews, Everland Living Memory Care and Assisted Living appears to deliver compassionate, personalized memory-care services in a comfortable, home-like setting with strong owner involvement and positive family-reported outcomes.

About Everland Living Memory Care and Assisted Living

Everland Living Memory Care and Assisted Living sits about 2.4 miles outside Queen Creek, Arizona, in a quiet area that feels peaceful and relaxed, and this place only has space for five residents, which means caregivers get to know everyone well and form real bonds with the people living there, and with just one shared room and three private rooms-each with their own bathroom except for a jack and Jill style bathroom in one setup-you end up with privacy and a calm atmosphere, especially since there are two consistent live-in caregivers and a nurse practitioner managing things who has over two years of geriatric experience, which is more direct attention than most places, and meals get cooked from scratch right there, often including vegetarian and diabetic-friendly choices, because a lot of residents need special diets, and the kitchen staff aim for tasty, nourishing dishes.

The facility focuses on memory care for people with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions, with caregivers trained in handling wandering and confusion, and they've got equipment like wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, walkers, and safety rails in the rooms, so people who need more help with moving around or getting up get support but still keep some independence, and they offer help with bathing, dressing, transfers, and all those daily tasks that can get tricky, with medication management included, along with wound care, catheter support, diabetic care, and even hospice for those who need it, and families can arrange for short-term respite stays as well, either daily or monthly, with a daily respite rate of $200 and a monthly respite rate of $6,000, and they accept long-term care insurance and private pay, so most families have some options.

Inside, the facility has an indoor common space for meals, activities, and conversation, plus cable TV, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet so residents can keep in touch or just relax, and outside, there's a putting green, garden, and boccie ball court, which is a nice touch for folks who like being outdoors, and the whole place is secure, with alarms and locked grounds to keep people with memory issues safe from wandering off, but folks can go outside if they want, with supervision always available since they've got staff on-site day and night.

Everland Living Memory Care and Assisted Living is family-owned, and the environment feels warm and kind, with caregivers and staff going out of their way to make the place nurturing, patient, and supportive, and though the facility got a low community rating of 1 out of 10, it does have several positive individual reviews, giving it a 5.0 rating from eight families who've left feedback, and the residents usually notice the low-stress lifestyle and resort-style touches, such as pet-friendly policies, maintenance-free living, and clean, fully furnished rooms with upscale furniture.

There are regular daily activities, both scheduled and spontaneous, and the team organizes community events, games, and devotional services both on-site and off-site for anyone wanting spiritual support, plus arranging transportation to medical appointments when needed, and they even help coordinate with outside healthcare providers. The whole place is designed for comfort, safety, and support, especially for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia, but they welcome folks who just need extra help with daily life too. Housekeeping, laundry, and snacks are included, and there's always someone around to help when needed, so the people living there tend to settle in and feel at home pretty quickly.
