    Immaculate secure compassionate care recommended

I placed my mother here and I'm very pleased - the facility is immaculate, secure, and welcoming, with well-ventilated, beautiful rooms, home-cooked meals, scheduled weekly exercise, and attentive licensed caregivers and owners who go the extra mile. Trang, NP, and medical staff visit regularly and care coordination is excellent; residents truly thrive in the peaceful, compassionate environment. Staff are kind, patient, and accommodating - I highly recommend it.

About Harvest at Queen Creek Assisted Living

Harvest at Queen Creek Assisted Living sits in a single-story building and cares for up to 10 residents, and folks here get a variety of services tailored to what they need, like personal care, companionship, help with hygiene, mobility, medication reminders or management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents can choose between shared rooms, studios or suites, one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with ensuite or accessible bathrooms, WiFi, telephone, and cable included, and there are kitchens and laundry rooms in some units, so there's a good bit of choice about how to live. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with safety features and things like SS and Hoyer lifts for people who need support moving around, and has 24-hour staff available at all times in case someone needs help day or night.

Meals are nutritious and chef-prepared, with options for diabetic or low-sodium diets, and folks can eat in the main dining room, private dining, or even get room service if they prefer. Harvest at Queen Creek offers housekeeping, linen service, and light cleaning-along with errands and scheduled transportation for doctor appointments, shopping, or outings. Caregivers here are described as kind, dependable, and trustworthy and have training in both medical and psychological care. Everyone says the staff works hard to respect privacy and treat each person with dignity and respect, and one-on-one care is something they take seriously, whether it's daily activities, medication, or special help for memory or physical needs.

For residents with memory issues like dementia or Alzheimer's, the facility has secure environments, memory-enhancing activities, and specialized programs, along with 24-hour supervised support and palliative or hospice care when needed, and there's also support for those with more serious medical needs, including skilled nursing, wound care, rehabilitation, respite, and mental health support. Folks can take part in exercise programs, games, religious services, health and wellness events, social gatherings, and all sorts of interior and outdoor activities, with programs changing throughout the week, and there are gardens and courtyards, a swimming pool, a hair salon, a gym, a game room, private parking, and even pet-friendly policies if you want to bring your animal with you.

Harvest at Queen Creek Assisted Living focuses on promoting independence and provides personalized assistance with activities of daily living, so whether someone needs more help or wants to do as much as they can on their own, the staff is there to help. The building is designed to be bright, friendly, and easy to move around, and security is a priority. Residents get a maintenance-free lifestyle, with things like utilities covered, and there are plenty of social, religious, and cultural programs going on, plus technology assistance when needed, and with state licensing verified through April 2025, families can feel sure the place is meeting important care standards.
