I love the brand-new, high-end building - beautiful, well-appointed rooms, great location, chef-quality food and terrific amenities, and many staff are kind, attentive and professional. My biggest concerns are frequent leadership/staff turnover, medication errors and undertrained med-techs, spotty or missing dementia care and activities despite the marketing, and a few safety/oversight incidents. It's gorgeous and has caring people, but I'd only proceed with close family oversight and clear written assurances about meds and memory care.

The Vincent keeps a full-time nurse on staff and has care staff available 24 hours every day, delivering continuous help with things like bathing, dressing, and medication management, and there are also health checks, wellness programs, emergency response systems, fitness instruction, and memory care designed for those with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia to reduce confusion and risk of wandering. The services aim to offer a comfortable daily life with around-the-clock personal assistance, concierge help, grocery shopping, errands, guest suites for visitors, and all utilities except the phone included, and the security and safety systems run day and night. People have access to transportation for medical appointments or outings, and the building features attractive common spaces where residents eat, gather, and enjoy activities.
