    Pleasant appearance, terrible actual care

I appreciated the caring staff, homelike clean house, good meals and budget-friendly, pleasant neighborhood. Unfortunately they deceived me about my mom's condition and the day-to-day care was poor-she often sat facing the wall, couldn't speak, her hair was badly waxed down, and she died within two weeks. Lovely appearance and staff, but not suitable for my mom.
