    Small, clean, caring, convenient facility

My mother is very well cared for here. It's a small, quiet, homey place - clean, airy rooms with lots of windows and a nice backyard/patio. Staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and prompt (Spanish-friendly), and the location near the hospital is convenient. I would recommend this facility.

    Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive, with recurring emphasis on cleanliness, caring staff, and a small, home-like atmosphere. Multiple reviewers specifically note that the facility is very clean and well maintained — including the kitchen, restrooms, and laundry areas — and describe an open, airy environment with lots of windows. The small size and low resident count are framed as positive attributes: they contribute to a quiet, intimate setting where staff are able to provide personalized attention and residents feel at home.

Care quality and staffing emerge as consistent strengths. Reviewers repeatedly describe the staff as friendly, kind, respectful, and accommodating. The presence of two LVNs is mentioned, which reviewers cite as reassuring from a clinical and safety perspective. Several family members note that their loved ones were well cared for and that staff were smiling and happy to be there — language that indicates both competence and a positive caregiving culture. Promptness and helpfulness of staff during tours and in daily care interactions is another common theme, and multiple reviewers expressly recommend the community based on these experiences.

Facilities and living spaces are described in favorable terms overall, but with some caveats. The property offers pleasant outdoor space — a nice backyard and a little patio — and private rooms that can be personalized and were described as decorated well and comfortable. The environment is described as homey and airy with adequate furnishings. At the same time, a few reviewers point out that some rooms are older, and shared rooms are still present, which may be less appealing to residents seeking newer or fully private accommodations. Door alarms and privacy dividers between roommates are noted as features that address safety and personal space.

Dining and daily life are presented as straightforward and clean: reviewers mention a regular dining room and a clean dining area. However, one noticeably consistent shortcoming is limited activities and programming. Reviewers describe the activity offerings as sparse, which is a logical tradeoff for a smaller-scale, board-and-care setting that prioritizes quiet and individualized attention over a robust events calendar. Prospective residents who prioritize social programming and extensive on-site amenities should weigh that when comparing this community to larger assisted-living or memory-care facilities.

There are also community-specific strengths worth noting. Several reviews emphasize that the facility is tailored to a Spanish-speaking community, suggesting bilingual staff or culturally appropriate care and communication for Spanish-speaking residents and families. The convenient location near a hospital is another practical advantage cited by reviewers, especially for families who value proximity to medical services.

In summary, Miracle Assisted Living - Board & Care is consistently portrayed as a clean, well-kept, intimate facility with attentive, friendly staff and a homelike atmosphere. Its smaller scale and hands-on nursing presence (two LVNs) support personalized care and strong family satisfaction. The main limitations reported are older rooms/shared accommodations, limited onsite activities, and more basic furnishings and amenities than larger communities might offer. For families seeking a quiet, culturally relevant, and closely attended setting — particularly Spanish-speaking families or those looking for proximity to a hospital — this community receives frequent, enthusiastic recommendations; for those seeking extensive activities or newer, upscale accommodations, it may be less ideal.
