    Immaculate community with exceptional staff

I toured and chose this community and I'm very pleased. The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive - concierge and care teams consistently go above and beyond. The facility is immaculate with pleasant grounds, upscale dining and plenty of activities, plus strong in-house PT/OT/rehab and on-site levels of care and flexible pricing options, so I happily recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Clermont Park Assisted Living is consistently praised for its caring staff, therapeutic services, and clean, well-maintained campus. Reviewers highlight a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with active social programming, a robust therapy/rehab offering, and an on-site restaurant-style dining option. Concierge and maintenance teams receive frequent positive mention for their professionalism, and the facility’s grounds and interior design are commonly described as attractive and orderly. The community offers multiple levels of care, an active day program with transportation, pet-friendly outdoor space, and HUD-subsidized housing options, which many families find valuable.

Care and staffing: Clinical care and staff compassion are clear strengths — many reviews single out nurses, therapy staff, and specific coordinators for attentive, patient-centered work. However, an operational pattern emerges around staffing and responsiveness. Reviewers describe inconsistent staffing levels, particularly on weekends and off shifts, which is associated with slower responses to call buttons and emergency requests. There are also repeated comments about gaps in medication administration and delays updating medication records; relatedly, families noted occasional issues with coordination during hospital discharges and with timely communication of medication changes. While several staff members are described as highly capable, the facility appears to experience variability in responsiveness and communication tone among nonclinical personnel.

Dining and activities: Dining is a mixed but prominent theme. Many residents and families praise the dining staff, restaurant service, and appealing dessert offerings; other accounts describe inconsistent food quality or meals that did not meet expectations. The activity program is uniformly noted as a strength — plentiful offerings (exercise, art, social pairing, and secular programming), a welcoming social environment, and a well-regarded day program contribute positively to resident engagement and mood.

Facilities and management: The property is repeatedly described as clean, attractive, and well maintained, with timely maintenance responses and helpful concierge services. Management responsiveness is also evident in multiple accounts where administration investigated and addressed issues, and some older vendor/noise items were resolved. Nevertheless, practical limitations exist: limited Medicaid acceptance, long waitlists for subsidized units, and some extra service charges were mentioned as value considerations. Other operational weaknesses raised include vendor coordination and occasional nighttime noise-control gaps.

Notable patterns and recommendation context: Prospective residents and families should weigh the facility’s demonstrated strengths in staff compassion, rehabilitative care, activities, and campus upkeep against operational variability in staffing, medication processes, and dining consistency. Management responsiveness in addressing concerns is documented, but recurring themes suggest the facility would benefit from stabilizing staffing coverage, improving medication-administration workflows, and standardizing meal quality. For families prioritizing active programming, strong therapy services, and an attractive environment, Clermont Park appears to be a solid option; for those for whom guaranteed rapid clinical response, Medicaid acceptance, or consistently uniform dining are decisive, these areas warrant direct discussion during a tour and in written policies.
