    About Azalea Place

Azalea Place welcomes people into a small, peaceful community with space for up to four residents, and folks here can choose from Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, or Continuing Care options to fit what they need as time goes by. The staff helps with daily things like bathing, dressing, and taking medicine, and there's always someone around, since there's 24-hour supervision and a call system in case of emergencies, and registered nurses are on hand to answer questions whenever they come up. Azalea Place takes care of residents who need help moving, folks who use wheelchairs, and folks with dementia, and the memory care area tries to make life safer and more pleasant for people living with memory problems, with places and activities set up to help them stay engaged.

Residents have their own furnished rooms with cable or satellite TV, a phone, and high-speed internet, and the whole place is wheelchair accessible, with tools to make moving around safe and easy. The dining room serves meals at set times, but there's all-day dining if anyone's hungrier at a different hour, and people with special diets-like diabetes or food allergies-get meals that fit what their doctor recommends. There's housekeeping and laundry help, including dry cleaning, so people don't have to worry about chores or keeping things tidy.

Community Housing (ECS) is the name for their housing program, part of Magnolia House PCH, Inc., and Azalea Place is proud to be under that umbrella, following the rules set by an independent agency that checks to make sure the care meets good, safe standards. Azalea Place has colorful gardens and outdoor walking paths for people who like the fresh air, and there's a range of social things to do-movie nights, group activities, and organized outings to parks or local cafes-because staying connected helps keep the mind sharp and the spirit bright. Travel for doctor visits or fun trips is arranged by staff, so there's no stress about getting out and about. The staff uses personalized care plans for every resident, working alongside each person's healthcare team to cover medical and daily needs. Medication management, help with transfers, and regular check-ins are all part of the daily routine, and there's move-in coordination to make changing homes easier.

Azalea Place also handles certain property-related services like property tax management and helps with motor vehicle registration, which is helpful for people who'd rather let someone else keep track of the paperwork. Care focuses on dignity, respect, and independence, and caregivers aim to make daily living as comfortable and safe as possible, right down to the bright colors, green spaces, and peaceful atmosphere that fill the air.
