    Compassionate staff, great meals, beautiful

I'm very pleased with this community. The staff-especially Ana-are super sweet, compassionate and attentive; meals are very good with plenty of variety and multiple dining areas. The facility is beautiful, clean and cozy with large rooms, a kitchen, a boxed-in patio and lots of activities (including visiting preachers); I highly recommend it.

    About Ana's PHC 2 PCH

Ana's PHC 2 PCH sits in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and you'll find it's a small, home-like place that feels close-knit with just six beds, so most folks know each other's names and it doesn't feel overwhelming at all, plus the big thing here is everyone's got their own bedroom and a kitchenette, with washers and dryers, though some rooms are semi-private and everything's set up with safety features because they think about falls and emergencies a lot, and there's security around the clock, nurse staff always available, and even emergency pendants if help's ever needed fast. They offer assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, residential care, and continuing care, so people with different needs can stay here, you'll see they help with daily tasks like bathing, incontinence, eating, even putting on clothes and transferring between bed and chairs, so almost anything needed is covered, plus medication management's part of the routine. They've got therapies like physical, occupational, and speech therapy; there are specialized programs for brain health and exercises aimed at keeping everyone mentally and physically sharper for longer, and you'll also see support groups and planned activities focused on preventing loneliness or depression, with crafts, movie nights, off-site trips, birthday celebrations, and walking paths and gardens for those who like being outdoors. Food's not overlooked either: three meals cooked by a chef every day, snacks any time, menus are easy to read, and dietary needs get met, like vegetarian, kosher, allergy-safe, or diabetes-friendly options, with an on-site dietitian managing it all. Amenities include a beauty salon and grooming space, arts and crafts studio, activity rooms, a wellness center, a game room, walking trails, and both indoor and outdoor spots for gatherings, so there's space for just sitting quietly or talking with friends, and they even have a café and high-definition TVs in common areas. All the basics come included-laundry, housekeeping, utilities, and internet, so no one has to worry about extra bills. Ana's PHC 2 PCH lets residents have dogs and cats, so pet lovers can keep their companions, plus the whole place is wheelchair accessible, which's good for folks with mobility needs. Transportation for shopping, medical appointments, and group outings is available, and there's even parking for visitors and residents. Staff include caregivers, nurses, and other support workers, and they make custom care plans with monthly health checks, surgery recovery if it's needed, help with Parkinson's, diabetes care, fall management, and everything's based on what the resident actually needs, changing as people's needs do. They offer respite care so caregivers can take a break, and there's both long-term and short-term care options. You'll see community-sponsored events like shopping trips, creative art classes, movie nights, and shared meals that aim to connect people, plus move-in coordination to help folks settle in. Ana's PHC 2 PCH is licensed by the state of Georgia as a personal care home, doesn't take Medicare unless certified, is reviewed by state or local agencies, and generally focuses on giving steady, basic care without too many frills but with a comfortable environment for seniors and peace of mind for families.
