    Compassionate care with some issues

I've had a largely positive experience: the community is beautiful and well kept, the staff are warm, attentive and often go above and beyond - great activities, daily meals, FaceTime with family and real peace of mind - and I wish we'd enrolled sooner. That said, we encountered inconsistent communication, paperwork/billing mix-ups, some staff turnover and occasional cleanliness/organization issues (notably in parts of memory care). Overall I recommend it for compassionate care and programming, but plan to monitor paperwork and management responsiveness.
