ALFE I sits in the Foster Village area of Honolulu, Hawaii, and has two small residential care homes, the Kukila Facility at 1214 Kukila St. and the Puanakau Facility at 1464 Puanakau St., both close to hospitals, pharmacies, bus stops, and the airport, which makes travel and emergency needs easier to manage for families and staff, and both facilities are run by ALFE Care Homes LLC.
