Fairview Haven is a non-profit, church-related senior living community that's been around since July 26, 2018, and sits on a foundation of Christian principles, with support from the Apostolic Christian Churches of Fairbury, Forrest, and Cissna Park. The place offers many care options, like skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory support, and hospice care, with special homes known as Fairview Estates for assisted living, Fairview Suites for independent living, and East Haven Condos that let people stay independent longer, plus the Serenity Villa memory support assisted living home that follows a household model, which helps people with dementia live in a familiar, peaceful setting. Serenity Villa fits about 20 to 22 people, uses natural light, keeps noise low, secures outdoor areas, and has its own kitchen, family-style dining, and quiet living spaces-people can even cook together when they want to.

Housekeeping, laundry, move-in help, and family support make daily life easier, while transportation, parking, and maintenance are all handled by staff, including people like Director of Building Operations, Jeremiah Rinkenberger. There's a Therapy Services department too, run by a PTA named Jessica Hageman, and residents can also use Connections Home Care, In Motion Fitness & Therapy, Meals on Wheels, or even Handyman Services if they need something fixed.
