    About Pinnacle Place

Pinnacle Place in Savanna, Illinois, sits on North 5th Street with apartments that overlook the Mississippi River, and folks who live here can pick from studio rooms, efficiency, semi-private, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments, all with wall-to-wall carpeting, cable TV, central air conditioning, and an emergency call system, and there's regular maid service too. The staff is around all day and night, with a Manager, Wellness Nurse, Maintenance Supervisor, Certified Nursing Assistants, Cooks, and Housekeepers helping with daily needs, so someone can step in if help is needed with bathing, getting dressed, moving from bed to wheelchair, or keeping up with medicine and insulin levels, and there's even vision care offered. Meals and snacks get served every day, and people have access to laundry and dry cleaning, plus transportation for appointments or errands, all under one roof, and the place has a swimming pool, on-site beautician, communal living spaces, high-speed internet, TV and movie nights, and a convenience store, so there's always something going on inside or outside of the building, including bingo, daily exercise, health and wellness programs, educational events, social gatherings, and devotional activities for spiritual support.

The community provides different types of care, covering independent living for active seniors, assisted living for folks who need a bit more help, long-term nursing for those with more complex needs, and specialized memory care for those with dementia, along with skilled nursing and even home care services provided by trained aides, so every resident can get the support that's right for them as needs change. People can bring their small pets along or arrange pet visits, and families are welcome to visit and join in, so life stays social, and the community keeps programs in place to encourage movement, conversation, and engagement. Support is available for those paying with Medicaid, private pay, veteran's benefits, social security, or insurance, with fees set for community entry, respite stays, and different care levels, plus a second-person fee if two folks share an apartment. Pinnacle Place tries to keep housing and care affordable while helping residents remain as independent as possible, with licensed supportive living, expert guidance on long-term care, and resources for families who need help coordinating care, so people can stay comfortable, safe, and connected in their later years. Office hours run Monday through Friday, but it's possible to set up an appointment if needed, and the management team is available to answer questions about supportive living and the different housing options.
