Shalom Tower

Shalom Tower sits right in downtown Mason City, Iowa, on the north side of Good Shepherd's campus, and you'll find it to be a quiet place even though it's in the middle of the city. Built in 1969, Shalom Tower I and II together have 79 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments, all modern with spacious layouts and contemporary finishes, and they're secure with a locked entry system. Common spaces like the community rooms, laundry facilities, and stylish indoor lounge areas give residents places to relax and spend time together, and the outdoor seating and rooftop terrace offer places to enjoy the view or get some fresh air. Staff are on-site day and night for emergencies, management, and maintenance, while nurses and caregivers help with assisted living services, including support with daily tasks, non-ambulatory care, diabetic care, and medication monitoring.
