Warm staff, clean family-like community
I toured and moved my mom in and have been very pleased - the staff are warm and attentive (Angela at the front desk is especially helpful), the community is clean, comfortable and family-like, and the dining and activities are excellent. My parent is thriving, residents are known by name, and what they advertise matches reality. Overall I'm very satisfied; a few small improvements would make it perfect.
