Kind staff, clean facility, reassuring
I had a very positive experience with my parent's stay. Staff were consistently kind, caring and professional, therapists helped regain independence and shared progress with our family, and administration/concierge was proactive and responsive. The newly renovated, well-lit facility felt clean and welcoming, and the activities team kept my loved one engaged - I felt reassured and supported throughout the stay.
