    Welcoming clean safe kind staff

    I'm planning a visit as a potential future home for my autistic son - the place felt welcoming, clean, and safe. Staff were kind, friendly and clearly dedicated, greeting us with warm smiles. I'm very pleased and encouraged by what I saw.
