Kind staff and coordinated care
I've lived at Brookdale Meadows for two years and am very pleased-the staff (Amy especially) are kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they really make it feel like home. Care is well-coordinated with on-site nursing and a visiting physician program, consistent caregivers who know my preferences, a thoughtful memory-care unit, and proactive communication. The grounds and bright dining room are lovely, meals and kitchen staff are accommodating, and daily activities and private Sunday family dining keep me engaged; I would highly recommend it.
