Appreciative but serious safety concerns
I generally appreciate the community and the day-to-day care my loved one receives, but I'm worried - I've been hung up on twice, customer service and staff quality are inconsistent, there have been medication errors and even theft by staff, and management (after a caring manager was fired) hasn't restored my confidence; safety needs immediate attention.
