    Pleasant facility with notable caveats

I moved my mother here in 2023 and overall I'm pleased - the place is bright, clean and hotel-like with lovely gardens, a busy activities program, and strong memory-care expertise; my mom is thriving and I have peace of mind. The staff are mostly compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable, and mealtimes and outings are enjoyable. That said, it is expensive and we experienced intermittent staffing/communication lapses, occasional unprofessional/dismissive incidents and some safety/training concerns. I recommend Nashua Crossing with those caveats - ask specific questions about staffing, costs and memory-care protocols before deciding.
