    Friendly staff, but needs unmet

I placed my mom here hopeful; staff were very friendly but overwhelmed by COVID-related shortages, so basic needs were often unmet - no showers for weeks, no phone, strict restrictions, and cold, hardly edible food. One social worker genuinely cared and in-house PT looked excellent, but restorative therapy wasn't provided, my mom lost progress and we ultimately transferred her to a clean, attentive nursing home where she improved. The facility is clean, neat and spacious with a chapel, needlework room and bingo (with prizes) residents enjoyed, but the dim, grey atmosphere, shared rooms and questionable management/business model leave me uneasy about recommending it.
