    Compassionate staff, clean homey environment

I had a very positive experience - the staff were wonderful and compassionate, meals felt like dining out (great coffee), rooms and common areas were clean and homey, and activities (including pet interactions) were engaging. April and the support team were outstanding; I feel hopeful about staying here.
