Attractive, safe community with drawbacks
I live at Bellevue Woods and I'm very happy - attractive, well-maintained grounds and appealing, roomy apartments with in-unit laundry, private porches, clean dining, heated indoor pool, salon and shuttle service to shops. Staff are generally excellent and responsive and the community feels safe (gated with a security guard); management can be uneven - one leasing agent was cold - and it's on the higher side though utilities are included. There are regular activities, church services and social coffee mornings, but programming can feel limited; demand is high so there's often a waiting list.
