I felt confident leaving my mom here - leadership (Kiara, Rachel) is hands-on and communicative and the staff are compassionate, family-oriented professionals. Therapists like Christine produced real rehab progress, social worker Steven Johnson and dietary manager LaSonda were very helpful, and the building is clean, odor-free with renovations improving the feel. The team went above and beyond, treated my mom with dignity, and made visits comfortable; I recommend this caring, well-run facility.
